| Spagnol Iberia 8 is an in-line injection fertigation computer ideal for cultivations in fields with medium-high flow-rates. |
|
The Iberia 8 is a computerized system for fertigation management with an in-line injection dosing system. It is particularly suitable to be connected to high capacity irrigation systems and where open tank mixing isn't essential, like in the fertigation of open-field or in-soil crops.

The flow-rate for every aspiration channel can be regulated by a calibration valve and can reach 15 litres a minute of concentrate solution for every aspiration channel.
The most important technical features of the Iberia 8 are:
- electrical conductivity measurement and regulation through temperature compensation
- pH measurement and regulation through temperature compensation
- aspiration of 8 concentrate fertilizer solutions
- programming of aspiration rate of the 8 concentrate solutions
- aspiration of 1 acid solution
- possibility to command from 1 to 142 solenoid valves with independent fertigation programmes for each solenoid valve
- irrigation flow-rates that depend on the quantity of dosage required; for example, 300 m2/h at a dosage of 1 ml/l for 2 concentrate solutions
- dosing of nutrient solutions by time or volume (minutes or hectolitres of nutrient solution)
- activation of programmes for pipe cleaning or for giving priority to certain sectors.
It is also possible to connect:
- a photoradiometer to start irrigation on the basis of solar radiation
- accessories that will automatically start irrigation, like tensiometers, Wet sensors, etc.
- automatic management devices which handle the cleaning of the filter system of the water used for irrigation.
An alarm programme intervenes in case of anomalies to the system inside or outside the greenhouse therefore protecting the crops and immediately informing the operator with messages on the monitor.
The Iberia 8 can be connected to MC-Net 4 for long-distance supervision and to Process C1 for interaction with climate parameters.
